What a waste

The old and the young alike have this bold nonchalant attitude towards the simplicity yet stressful things of life. They walk and speak with no care we wish we have in our teenage, young adults, adult lives. Between the ages of 5 and 65 is when we develop (well most of us) our self-awareness. We try to mold ourselves towards our surroundings with the people we come in contact with and the latest trend and we realize later in life what a waste.
Imagine living your life in the moment, with a perspective of a child or an elderly elderly person having that simplicity and "less care" towards things that currently stresses you and causes your body to shiver. What if we capture that "less care" attitude at this current age. How will our lives look different? How will we perceive things? What impact/influence will you have with that weight no longer on your shoulders?
OR

You can just carry the weight!
